It is said that moving is one of life's most stressful times but thanks to the team of "Simply Home Downsizing" they made it as stress free as I think it could be. By the end Day 4 I was 95% unpacked and could comfortably carry on my life and feel at home. They were ingenious with solutions for many items that didn't seem to have a home. Kitchen cupboards were a particular challenge but their experience in setting up so many other places was evident. Where the team really excelled I thought was unpacking and figuring out where things would fit in the new space. In that time, decisions were made as to items to donate and which box would go where when we arrived at the new place. Pauline and her team came on the scene 2 days before the actual move and had it very efficiently and neatly packed up by the time the movers arrived on the 3rd day. I was faced with disposing of many cherished items that I knew I could live without but still it is hard to part with. I'd easily give 5 stars if they would 1) respond to their communication and 2) make it easier for sellers to determine why media is rejected (which might also prevent sending more items with the same problems).I am a widow in my late seventies downsizing into a new modern condo with smaller living and storage space. Overall though, I really like the opportunity provided to make a few bucks off media that would either languish on eBay, go to a thrift store or end up in the landfill. I sent more that 30 parcels of media, some paid at 100% of pre-shipment estimated with others being reduced by 5-10% (however, a 25% reduction for same quality merchandise leaves room for question). I understood the terms and conditions of selling to but still feel that at least some general reason should be provided when, as in one of my orders, the estimated acceptance price is reduced by 25%. Although two of the three inquiries were about website problems that were ultimately resolved I feel that all emails deserve, and should receive, a reply (even if nothing more than a generic robot generated acknowledgement of receipt). However, I made 3 inquires and never received a single reply. I especially liked that they paid for shipping. Quick & Easy But Some Questions Unansweredįor the most part I found easy and convenient. Highly recommend! I will use this in the future anytime I have stuff I'm looking to sell. Do it you will be kicking yourself when you realize how easy it is. It's that easy! If you have boxes piling up of old cds, movies, games. In a week or so they email you they got the products tell you what your getting back and mail you a check. Certain places also have pick up and you don't have to leave your home. You don't have access to a printer they will mail it to you instead for free! Box it up tape it shut and send it in mail. Then you print out a free shipping label. They tell you what it's worth right away. All you do is scan your game, DVD, Blu-ray, cd etc.

All you need to do is scan the barcode or enter barcode manually to get an instant price.

You can sell via the desktop or the Decluttr app. Payment the day after items have been inspected. My friend introduced me to this app declutr. Selling to Decluttr Pros: It provides a simple and convenient means of getting rid of unwanted items. Also eBay is such a hassle with signing up taking pics writing about each product. Gamestop gives you nothing and they don't take back old games like ps2 and Xbox. I kept telling my self I will go to gamestop and sell them. I have had boxes of old video games for years. Best way to get rid of clutter and make money!
